We are conveniently located in the
Brewerton Plaza on Bartell Road within 1
mile of Route 81 (Exit 31) and Route 11.
There is ample parking.
Clear Lakes Animal
Wellness accepts patients by appointment
only. Because we understand our clients
have busy schedules, we also offer the
option of dropping off your pet in the
morning and picking up in the afternoon
or evening.
We are open
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30 am to
6 pm and Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 am to

For your convenience we accept
Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Payment in full is requested at the time service is
rendered. Fees charged for services are based on
maintaining the high quality of care we are proud to
provide as a small business.

Insurance
There are several companies
that offer insurance plans for your pets. Pet
insurance does not work the same as human insurance,
you can use any licensed veterinarian and choose a
plan that is right for you. Most plans ask the
policy holder to pay for the service at the time of
their visit, the veterinary staff will sign the
claim form and the policy holder mails that form to
the insurance company with a copy of the invoice.
Reimbursements are sent directly to the policy
holder.
